Birdsong can add bespoke elements to our Charity Pulse or Hospice Surveys. This means that your charity or not-for-profit organisation can benefit from using our unique benchmarking and carefully crafted 45-question main survey questionnaire, while adding some 'tailored' questions to meet specific requirements that you might have.

For example, if you have recently updated your organisational values you might want to ask a set of questions around some of the values to gauge how well they are embraced or understood among your charity’s people. Or, similarly, you might want to gather honest opinions from your staff about a strategic initiative that’s been recently implemented. Or perhaps your charity has received lower-than-benchmark results in one or two areas in our Charity Pulse survey in the past, and you now want to uncover the reasons for this by adding some targeted questions this year.
