Our values and principles on issues of data

Birdsong’s approach to our work is grounded in transparency, integrity, confidentiality, and respect for the individuals and charities we work with. This approach guides our use and handling of all client and survey data. 

Our Privacy and Data Policy (PDF) explains in detail the types of personal data we may collect about you when you interact with us. It also describes how we store and process data so that our clients can be confident that their data is handled securely, with appropriate technical safeguards in place. As of November 2024, this document incorporates Birdsong’s Data Management and Security Processes, our Privacy Notice and our Data Processing Agreement.
