Hospice Survey
The Birdsong Hospice Survey is a well-trusted staff and volunteer satisfaction survey set up specifically to provide UK hospices with a cost-effective means of seeking honest staff and/or volunteer opinions about their roles and their workplace. It runs each year with multiple hospices around the country taking part and the carefully-crafted questionnaire (first developed in conjunction with Hospice UK and regularly reviewed with input from participating hospices) illuminates the issues that matter most to hospice staff and volunteers. Every participating hospice receives the most recent year’s benchmark data as part of the core cost and Birdsong is proud to part-subside the cost of the reporting for hospices, compared to our standard charity pricing.

Registering to take part
If you are ready to proceed with your registration, please ensure that you read our short printable Guidance Notes (Click to Download Guidance Notes - PDF) before completing your registration process. If your hospice has taken the survey in the past, re-reading this document can be helpful to remind you of the options you chose last year or in previous years.
