Each year, Birdsong runs the Hospice Survey, our annual satisfaction survey for hospice staff and/or volunteers that takes place in conjunction with Hospice UK.
On this page you will find key information about our annual Hospice Survey to help you while considering and planning your survey. Registering to take part
If you are ready to proceed with your registration, please ensure that you read our short printable Guidance Notes (PDF) before completing your registration process. If your hospice has taken the survey in the past, re-reading this document can be helpful to remind you of the options you chose last year or in previous years.
Once you have read our Guidance Notes and/or explored our FAQs you are ready to register your hospice for the survey.
